Welcome to MacDoc AI. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with our enterprise operational standards. MacDoc AI provides a sophisticated cloud-based rendering engine for the automated synthesis of digital identification cards, passports, and driver licenses.
Authorized Applications
Our software infrastructure is licensed and intended exclusively for the following professional environments:
- Software Engineering & Testing: Generating synthetic datasets to validate the accuracy, edge-cases, and security of KYC (Know Your Customer) and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) endpoints.
- Cinematography & Entertainment: Producing hyper-realistic digital assets for use as props in movies, theater, and approved creative media workflows.
MacDoc AI is a tool for developers and artists. Utilizing our engine to bypass active financial security systems, execute identity fraud, or manufacture physical forged credentials is a severe violation of international law. We actively monitor the system for malicious intent and will immediately terminate offending accounts.
Digital Delivery Only
MacDoc AI is strictly a software-as-a-service (SaaS) entity. We render digital image files (JPG/PNG). We do not manufacture, laminate, or ship physical plastic or paper documents under any circumstances.
Privacy Policy
At MacDoc AI, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our infrastructure is built on the concept of Privacy by Design. We do not monetize your data.
Minimal Data Processing
To render your document, the engine temporarily holds the text variables and portrait imagery you input. We also record your cryptocurrency deposit addresses solely to process account credits. No redundant metadata is captured.
Automated Purge Routine
Our servers employ an aggressive self-cleaning protocol to ensure your operational security:
- Unpaid, watermarked draft renders are purged from our volatile memory immediately upon the termination of your session.
- Purchased high-resolution files, alongside your source imagery and inputs, are permanently deleted from our database within 48 hours of execution. We strongly advise downloading your assets promptly.
Absolute Isolation
All data transit is secured via enterprise-grade encryption. We never sell, share, or syndicate your information with third-party tracking agencies or data brokers.
Refund Policy
Because MacDoc AI delivers irrevocable and instantly consumable digital assets, our financial protocols are designed to be entirely transparent before any transaction occurs.
The Preview Guarantee
Our engine generates a 100% free, watermarked preview for every single request. This allows you to rigorously inspect typography alignment, facial cropping, and data accuracy before committing funds. Because you approve the exact outcome prior to execution, we do not issue refunds on successfully rendered high-resolution files.
Cryptocurrency Finality
Wallet deposits are final. Due to blockchain network transaction fees (gas) and our privacy-first anonymity protocols, we cannot reverse deposits or refund unspent account balances. Please calculate your required credits carefully before depositing.
Technical Exceptions
We stand by our engineering. If our server encounters a critical fault during processing, or if the final purchased image is structurally corrupted and deviates from your approved preview, please contact [email protected]. Upon technical verification, your account will be fully credited for the failed execution.
